There is never a charge for initial contact/discussion to determine what you are desiring to make your day 'all you dream it to be'

Just The Basics
Wedding Coordination for your Special Day!

When you have it all planned, and just need the
peace of mind at Rehearsal & on Wedding Day
this is the package for you.

Rehearsal & Wedding Day Coordination to include:
** Seating of guest
** Ensure vendors/others in place
** Up to 2 hrs. of coordinators service
(total) between the 2 days

Wedding Coordination for your Special Day & Before!
Four (4) Levels to Choose from

2hr. package -$175
3hr. package -$250
4 hr. package -$300
6 hr. package -$500

**Minimum number of hrs. for planner/coordination
time to include meetings, phone calls, emails
**Covers the needs taking place during the course
of wedding planning such as cake tasting,
meeting with site provider, entertainment, florist, etc.
**Can also assist with vendor reservations as needed.


(Does not include rehearsal or wedding day coordination services as in  "Just The Basics" Package)

Why Hire a Wedding Planner/Coordinator?


Every bride risks turning into Bridezilla by the time the wedding date draws close. The stress of choosing the right dress, creating and mailing invites, choosing the menu and favors and gifts for bridesmaids, designing the bridesmaid dresses, keeping an inventory of gifts received, deciding on flower arrangements and table settings, choosing a location or reception hall and supervising the interior layout of the hall – there’s a million things to do.
