Darlene Munn is one of the most experienced Planner/Coordinators and Photographers on The Grand Strand.
Darlene started her Wedding career, as many do planning, coordinating and photographing weddings for family and friends. Realizing planning and coordinating weddings along with photography were her passion Darlene began her own company
Frames In Time Photography in 1987. Frames In Time Photography quickly blossomed and Darlene decided to let her
passion grow moving her business and family to Maui Hawaii in 1996 where Forever Mauied Weddings, Maui Photography
and Maui Videographers were born. The year 2001 brought on many changes as all of the small companies together
brought the creation of Timeless Memories, Inc. In 2007 Darlene once again let here passion and the persistent
request of her Myrtle Beach Wedding clients persuade her to Bring to life A Southern Belle Wedding along with the rebirth
of Frames In Time Photography and the creation of Frames In Time Videography (all part of Timeless Memories, Inc.)
Although having started in an old farm house some 22 years earlier, the commitment to quality Wedding Planning, Coordination, Photography and Cinematic Video at a reasonable price has allowed Darlene Munn and Timeless Memories, Inc. to be a part

How to Plan A Wedding

How long does it take to plan a wedding? Medium (50 guests) to large (100 guests) size weddings take about a year to plan. The larger churches, popular reception sites, and caterers usually need to be booked a year in advance. You can take the time necessary to find a reception hall and  the vendors you may need. This is where a Wedding Planner is very valuable. The longer you wait the greater the chance the vendor you really like will already be booked.

The first steps in planning weddings are to tell both sets of parents and start spreading the news to the rest of your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. You can also have have an engagement announcement placed in local newspaper to spread the happy news.

After all the important people have been informed the first decisions you and your fiancé should decide on are a wedding date, wedding planner, formality of the wedding, number of guests, and location for the ceremony and reception.

It is also important to decide whom the wedding attendants will be (maid of honor, bridesmaids, best man, and ushers) since they will have an active role in helping to plan the wedding. Somewhere along the way you should have an engagement photo taken and send it into local newspapers to publicly announce your engagement.

It is very important to get the terms of every service or sales agreement in writing! You will be able to refer to them later if you have a question on what was decided on.

 You will want to hire a wedding planner. Wedding planners or consultants can make the process easier and save a lot of time in the end, but remember this is going to be one of the most important days of your life and you will need to be involved to make it special.
